About the SHA:

The Strasburg Heritage Association is 501(c) non-profit organizaion formed to bring together citizens of the Town of Strasburg and surrounding Davis District and other interested parties to document their history, assume a leadership role as a voice for the historical preservation of the community and to promote Strasburg (Davis District) as a desirable place to live, work and visit.

What We Do with Our Dues/Contributions

A) Update walking tour brochures

B) $500 Scholarship to a SHS graduate planning to study history

C) Printing of our newsletter

D) Joint projects with the Strasburg Museum - Past and current projects include the Mt. Olive Drum restoration, pre-Civil War quilt restoration, repair of Museum roof, and the restoration of historic Miller Bible which resides in the Strasburg Museum.

E) Help with costs of historic bronze plaques

F) Community Dinners - twice a year

G) Ads for events

H) Off set costs for our Christmas Home Tours and Ghost/Graveyard Tours
